Medication Refill Evaluations in Florida

In Florida and running low on your regular medication? Adults physically in Florida, including Miami, Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville, may request an evaluation of an established, non-controlled medication. This is MedRefillCare’s dedicated refill route, separate from the Virtual Walk-In clinic.

Traveling, moved recently or regular doctor unavailable?

Bring your labeled bottle or prior prescription, dose, last dose taken, pharmacy contact information and relevant records or home readings. Your clinician checks whether continuation is safe; a bridge prescription is not guaranteed. Do not stop or change medicines on your own while waiting.

How to start

1. Check medication eligibility before paying through the existing refill payment route.
2. Complete secure intake with your current physical location, medications and allergies.
3. A clinician authorized for your state evaluates the request and contacts you by phone or video as appropriate. New patients are contacted before prescribing.
4. If appropriate, the prescription is sent to your chosen pharmacy serving Florida.

What is excluded?

Controlled medications, emergency symptoms and new treatment starts are outside this refill pathway. Some medications require records, tests or local care. No dispensing or medication shipping is provided.

Pricing and insurance

$39 self-pay evaluation; medication costs are separate. Do not assume BCBSTX PPO participation applies to your Florida visit. Ask before paying if seeking insurance coverage.

Nicholas Atudonyang, MD provides care under his Florida out-of-state telehealth registration. Visits are virtual; Americare has no Florida office.
