Americare Telehealth is a physician-led virtual care service operated through Family Medicine and Research Center, P.A. (FMRC). It is the primary organizational website for its virtual care services.

Geographic service eligibility: Texas, Oklahoma, Florida and Colorado, subject to clinician authorization and eligibility. Services require clinician authorization and patient eligibility at the time of the visit.
Organization and clinical history
FMRC began as a primary care practice in Allen, Texas, in 2013, at 977 Raintree Circle, Suite 210. Dr. Nicholas O. Atudonyang, MD, completed Family Medicine residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland in Dallas in June 2013. His subsequent post-residency Texas clinical history includes hospitals, community emergency departments and freestanding emergency centers. Texas license P7062 was active through August 31, 2028 according to the October 31, 2026 Texas Medical Board verification.
Allen is the historical founding office, not a current advertised FMRC clinical office. Some longstanding former patients are still connected with providers at that address; those providers are not presented here as FMRC employees or contractual partners.
Care and limitations
MedRefillCare offers clinician review for eligible non-controlled medication refills. A clinical evaluation is required; a prescription is not guaranteed. Emergency care and controlled-substance refill services are not provided through this pathway.
