How it works
1. Book online
Choose a telehealth refill-evaluation appointment through Square.
2. Provide information
Have your medication bottle, pharmacy information, allergies, and recent readings or labs available when relevant.
3. Physician review
A clinician reviews safety, appropriateness, and follow-up needs. A refill may be sent only when medically appropriate.
Before your visit
Please be ready to confirm that you are physically located in Texas at the time of the visit. Bring your current medication bottle or pharmacy information, allergy list, and recent blood pressure, glucose readings, or labs if relevant.
