This website provides general information about the practice and how to schedule. It does not provide individual medical advice, create a clinician–patient relationship, or replace a clinical evaluation.
Information you send
This website has no forms, patient login, online checkout or newsletter signup. If you call or email the office, your phone or email provider carries that communication. Please do not send sensitive medical or financial information by ordinary email.
Shared contact address
Shared contact details: the Fairview office phone, (469) 951-0477, and the general email, info@americaretelehealth.us, are also used by Americare Telehealth, a related telehealth service affiliated with Nicholas O. Atudonyang, MD, who serves as Medical Director for this practice. Americare Telehealth has its own website. This website does not take payments, orders or online visit requests.
Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted on Cloudflare.
