Refunds
The fee is refunded if you cancel before your clinician begins reviewing your request. Once the review begins, the fee pays for that evaluation and is generally not refunded, even if a refill is not medically appropriate. If you paid but didn’t complete the intake, you can request a refund as long as no clinical services have been offered or provided. Not sure your medication qualifies? Check before you pay. Controlled medications are never eligible, so don’t pay for those. Full details: Cancellation & Refund Policy.
